How long does a typical automation project take?

Project timelines vary depending on complexity. A focused automation (e.g., a single Google Sheets workflow or CRM integration) typically takes 1–2 weeks. More comprehensive systems involving multiple platforms and custom logic take 3–6 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline estimate after our initial discovery call.

Do I need a technical team to work with ScriptSync?

No. We work directly with business owners, operations managers, and admin teams, not just technical staff. We handle all the technical implementation ourselves and deliver systems that your team can use without any technical knowledge.

What happens if a third-party API changes and something breaks?

This is exactly why we offer maintenance plans. APIs do change, and when they do, we update your integrations promptly. Clients on our maintenance plan get proactive monitoring and fast remediation with no additional charge per incident.

Can you connect tools that do not have an official integration?

In most cases, yes. If a platform has an API (even undocumented), we can typically connect to it. We have experience with custom API integration for a wide range of platforms and can assess feasibility during the discovery phase.
